Recurso de súplica.
La demanda fue rechazada por la indebida subsanación.
La magistrada sustanciadora advirtió que los argumentos expuestos en el escrito de corrección también fueron plasmados en la demanda y calificados por el auto de inadmisión como carentes de certeza, especificidad y claridad.
La Sala Plena de la Corporación encontró acertada la decisión de rechazar la demanda de la referencia, en razón a que no se acreditaron los requisitos que debe reunir el concepto de violación de cara a habilitar el control abstracto de constitucionalidad.
Lo anterior llevó a denegar el recurso de súplica y a CONFIRMAR el auto cuestionado.

CONFIRMAR el auto del 18 de marzo de 2021 por medio del cual se rechazo la demanda correspondiente al expediente D-14118 contentivo de la accion publica de inconstitucionalidad formulada por el ciudadano Edwin Palma Egea contra los numerales 4deg (parcial) y 5deg del articulo 60 del Codigo Sustantivo del Trabajo conforme a las consideraciones expuestas en esta providencia
- Segundo. Proceda la Secretaria General de la Corte Constitucional a comunicar el contenido de esta decision al recurrente.
